SummerShiners come from a variety of colleges, universities, some are high school age, to work for minimum wage, approximately 40 hours per week.

Their chores include cleaning shower houses, helping in the stores, game room, cafe, check in, yard work, and recreation.

Many SummerShiners gain experience and skills that help them for years to come in family and careers. Staffers enjoy friendships that last far longer than just a summer.
