Yes! The campground work, chores, etc. you provide for these properties is paid work (primarily minimum wage - which varies from state to state).  Most of your time at activities is your service.  Think of Summershine as a combination of a job and service. However,all your time is ministry!  You will meet people while "on the clock," be able to invite them to an activity that day, and then build a relationship with them.
