Each week you will work approximately 35-40 hours, with one or two days off a week (again depending on the property). As far as personal time off goes (family vacations, mission trips, weddings, etc.) Summershine aims to accomodate it's staff and their prior commitments. As long as this time off is reasonable, Summershine will work with you.
